Deciding that Shuttersong’s target audience will respond best to a warm, approachable personality, we created Melody. Inviting and friendly, she is Shuttersong’s alluring and lyrical guide. Her helpful attitude and sassy styling allow users to immediately develop a personal connection to the brand.

Keeping users in the loop

After building a digital platform that combines image and sound, we transformed the app into an entire social network. We listened closely to user feedback and incorporated new features to increase engagement and retention. By responding to recommendations from the field as quickly as possible, users felt heard, generating contagious brand affinity within the Shuttersong community.

An empowering partnership

When partnering with startup brands, deeply involving the founder in the creative process is essential. William needed to be able to speak about the brand as if it were his own creation. Our open and inclusive process allowed us to incorporate his vision, guide him in shaping the product, and leave him owning and understanding every aspect of the brand.

Together we've evolved the product in a 100% collaborative manner to where it is today. We think of CSA as a part of our team, it's just that they work 215 miles away. But the greatest testimony is that Melody has her own email address and gets a lot of email. For our users, she is the face of Shuttersong.
